We offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer, and Poliva is not liable for these additional costs.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Plus, we’re delighted to offer free shipping on all domestic (@US) orders over $75 USD.

Please allow 2-5 business days for our artisans to create your ideal set.

Once your custom nails are ready, we’ll ship your order without delay. Our team works diligently on business days, so weekends and holidays are our time to recharge and refine. As soon as your Poliva package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your door.
